We're looking for a new team member who can use their technical and customer service skills to set up and test smartwatches, cellphones, GPS tracking equipment, and Mobile Application Setup.
No sales calls or outbound calls are required for this role.
Individuals with excellent problem-solving skills, experience in or knowledge of one or more of the following is preferred:
Cellular Mobile Device Troubleshooting or having worked in a T-Mobile or ATT store is required

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365
T-Mobile or AT&T Cellular Experience
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong phone communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Comfortable following written equipment instructions
Mobile Devices experience
Strong organization
Proficient reporting skills
Other duties as needed
